This site is built to show practical IT support readiness without hiding behind buzzwords. The goal is simple: make it easy for a recruiter or hiring manager to see the role target, core support skills, certifications, projects, and contact details quickly.

The portfolio focuses on evidence I can explain in an interview: Windows troubleshooting, remote support tools, networking basics, PC hardware, static websites, and AI-assisted workflows. Those areas connect naturally to 1st line support because they require patience, structured diagnosis, documentation, and clear communication.

Moving the site toward Jekyll helps because posts can be written as plain Markdown files, versioned in Git, and published through GitHub Pages without a database. That keeps the site fast, portable, and easy to maintain.
